Verari Systems Achieves ISO 9001:2000 Certification

SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- October 25, 2005 – Verari Systems™, the premier developer of powerful, platform-independent blade server and rack-optimized systems, announced today that the company has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 Certificate of Registration from the American International Registrars Corporation.
The certification is a direct result of Verari Systems developing and implementing a company-wide quality management system that meets the strict requirements of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The ISO Certification represents an industry recognized level of quality and service that enables customers to be confident in their decision to purchase products and services from Verari Systems. The registration audit was conducted in September, with certification for the ISO 9001:2000 standard being issued in October.
Quality System Requirements ISO 9001:2000 was developed by the International Organization of Standards. It is the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems. Adherence to the standard requires documentation and continuous improvement of the processes for design, production and delivery of products and services to customers.
